Look no further! Our lead designer has been telling stories with light for almost 30 years. She began working alongside as an assistant to some of the most talented lighting designers in regional theater, opera, and ballet. She set forth as an independent lighting designer and technician back in the 1900s.
Classically trained in the collaborative art of theatre, she has worked with a wide variety of creative teams around the country to support the concept of theatrical shows, classical concerts, dance, and live events with light. She has a deep understanding of this powerful and subtle medium.

Initial Phone Consultation
The initial phone consultation is complimentary, which will give us insight to the show. Please be as specific as possible about any details pertinent to the show (dates, venue, type of show, creative team members already in place, budgets). Once we have a better understanding of the needs, we will send a scope of work detailing our responsibilities and associated fees.
Design Rates
Design rates are a flat fee and based on the demands of the show. Fee factors include design meetings, preproduction meetings, site visits, plot and paperwork generation, focus, cuing, technical rehearsals, and postproduction meetings and/or paperwork. Travel expenses are also billable, when applicable. Should additional time onsite be desired, a supplemental daily rate may apply.
What’s Included
Please note – Design services do not include technicians or specialized labor to perform hanging, rigging, programming, personnel to run performances, or management of crew. Should you be in need of these professionals, we would be happy to add production management services to the scope of work.
